1. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to Partenario’s corporate website and to communications you initiate through it. It does not govern the specialized digital platforms operated by Partenario for its partners. Those platforms must display their own privacy notice according to their features, providers and the information they collect.

2. Information we collect

The current website contains no form and uses no audience analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, profiling or behavioural advertising.

When you email us, we may receive information you choose to provide, including:

• your name, email address and telephone number;
• your business name, role and professional contact information;
• services offered, territory served and information related to a potential partnership;
• the content of your message and any attachment you voluntarily provide.

The website host may also process limited technical data, such as an IP address, browser type, request time and pages requested, to maintain the service’s security, availability and operation.

3. How we use information

We use information we receive only when reasonably necessary to:

• respond to a question or request;
• assess a partnership opportunity and communicate with the business concerned;

The website’s contact button opens your email application. Your email provider then handles your message under its own terms and policies.

Partenario’s services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek to collect their personal information.
